The exhibition is open to anyone from all over the world but an entry may be rejected when the sponsoring organization, in its reasonable discretion, believes that the entry does not conform to the rules of the exhibition. Entries must originate as photographs (image-captures via light sensitivity) made by the participant on photographic emulsion or acquired digitally.
