BPA team explored Dasghara, Chakdighi, Kulingram etc. on 10.10.2016, to see age old Durga Puja and temples. Biswasbari Durga Puja From Tarakeswar, Dasghara is about 10 km distance. Durga Puja of  Biswas Bari is renowned over here. Members of Barrackpore Photolovers’ Association had explored on 24/7/2016 the adjacent areas of Birbhum and Bardhaman districts of West Bengal in its series of endeavour to uphold the rich cultural heritage of Bengal. This time it covered Ichai Ghoser Deul (15th-16th Century), Moukhira and Bankathi under  Bardhaman district and Joydev, Ilambazar and Supur under Birbhum district. Barrackpore  Photolovers’ Association had ventured a Temple Tour at Purulia of West Bengal in two parts. On 27.09.2015 members of Barrackpore Photolovers’ Association visited the rich heritage temples of Sripur, Somrabazar, Guptipara of Hooghly district and Ambika Kalna of Bardhaman district, West Bengal. BPA Prsident, Sri S.N.Bhattacharya, a researcher on Bengal terracota temples, guided the tour.
